Epoxy resin coating, 2-component, solvent-free, pigmented and chemical-resistant

For interior and exterior use. For the coating of surfaces made of concrete, cement flooring and steel (in conjunction with cds-Aktivgrund). Offers lasting protection against chemical and mechanical agents. For manufacturing and production areas, warehouses, garages, gas stations, parking decks, etc. High friction surfacing can be achieved by spreading cds-Coating HB with mineral aggregate.

Priming

cds-Primer colorless or cds-Primer MB
Spread with quartz sand 0.2-0.6 mm

Coating

cds-Coating HB
With or without sand application 0.3-0.8 mm

Sealing

Seal interior coatings with sand application using cds-Coating HB

Shade

Primer: colorless
Coating:
RAL 1019 gray-beige, RAL 7023 concrete-gray, RAL 7030 stone-gray, RAL 7032 flint-gray, RAL 7037 dust-gray, RAL 7038 agate-gray.
Other shades are available upon request.

Surface

Skid-resistant or smooth, according to choice.

Amount required

Priming:	0,25 - 0,35 kg/m²
Coating:	0,60 - 1,20 kg/m²
Sealing:	0,60 - 0,90 kg/m²
