Epoxy resin coating, 2-component, solvent-free and self-leveling

For the production of wear-and-tear-resistant coatings on concrete surfaces and cement floors, for both interior and exterior use. For manufacturing and production areas with high demand on mechanical and chemical resistance as well as for vehicular-use surfaces. High friction surfacing can be achieved by spreading mineral aggregate. Interior coatings with sand application are sealed again with, for example, cds-Coating HB.

Priming

cds-Primer colorless or cds-Primer MB.
Spread with quartz sand 0.2-0.6 mm.

Coating

cds-Coating 0 - 0,2 SF
With or without sand application 0.3-0.8 mm.

Sealing

Seal interior coatings with sand application using cds-Coating HB.

Sealing: colorless
Coating:
RAL 1019 gray-beige, RAL 3009 oxide-red, RAL 6011 mignonette-green, RAL 7023 concrete-gray, RAL 7030 stone-gray, RAL 7032 flint-gray, RAL 7037 dust-gray, RAL 7038 agate-gray.
Other shades are available upon request.
