MARK 51°7 is one of the flagship projects of the city of Bochum. Located close to several universities, this new district combines top-tier infrastructure, a powerful network and access to a large market. One of the park areas on the 70-hectare site was coated by our team using EP-GRIP URBAN – providing a safe, slip-resistant and vibrant green surface.
A total of 757 sqm was coated with EP-GRIP URBAN by our team. The chosen system combined Siligran and Granucol.
Siligran is especially known for its high quartz content, strong durability and defined grain size – making it ideal for heavily used pathways such as those at MARK 51°7. Thanks to its grippy surface, the system provides reliable traction at all times – whether in rain, snow or icy conditions.
To ensure a harmonious integration into the surroundings, the Siligran was tinted with Granucol Green. The look is intentionally broken up with natural stone elements, which visually highlight transitions and pathways.
The result: a functional surface solution with visual impact and lasting style.
