Public parks and squares are of high importance, promote coexistence, are places for meeting and communication and increase the quality of life of urban living spaces. Already today, more than 50% of people live in cities - by 2050, this figure is expected to rise to almost 75%. It is therefore all the more important that these places are beautifully, safely and ecologically designed and built.

Parking areas and paths, playgrounds and squares are important meeting places. We help with our services to make these places more beautiful, durable and creative. With EP-GRIP® URBAN and EP-GRIP® VELO, we promote the urban space of the future and help to meet the requirements of design, sustainability and safety in gardening and landscaping with our services.

EP-GRIP VELO

EP-GRIP® VELO is the alternative coating for cycle paths and cycle lanes. The system consists of a flexible material based on epoxy resin, into which an aggregate mixture is sprinkled. Compared to other conventional cycle path coatings, this formulation has many convincing advantages.

Schenkendorfschule Koblenz

Modern and safe meeting places at schools are in many aspects a MUST for the school operation of the future. We have built a prime example here in Koblenz.

Asphalttattoo Popitzweg, Berlin

In collaboration with an artist, a work of art was created on the newly created green link between Halemweg and Popitzweg in Berlin.

Römerstraße Hanau

DFB Academy, Frankfurt

1,600 m2 of park-like pathways for the garden show in Eppingen, which invite visitors to stroll and walk and have a great sustainability effect.

Federal Garden Show Koblenz

In total, more than 29,000 m² of coating surfaces have been produced with EP-GRIP URBAN in the area of the BUGA, the city of Koblenz and the Ehrenbreitstein fortress plateau.

KiTa Kiebitzweg Wiesbaden

The new Hainweg residential area in Wiesbaden boasts all kinds of amenities, including a new day-care centre for children, which catches the eye with its diverse outdoor area. The highlight of this area is the bright yellow race track, which we at POSSEHL SPEZIALBAU were able to realise.

Hanover bus station

Villeroy&Boch, Mettlach

A construction project with the highest standards: Directly in front of Villeroy&Boch, we were able to recoat 700 square metres and design it to match the historical ambience of the surroundings.

Hofgarten und Gustav-Gründgens-Platz, Düsseldorf

22,000 m² coating area in total - many individual projects and follow-up orders. Figures that speak for a satisfied customer and good work. We actively helped shape the inner-city transformation in Düsseldorf.

Design with heritage protection

A project of "historic proportions" awaited us in the Palatinate near Obermoschel: the access route to the historic Moschellandsburg castle ruins was to be completely renovated and redesigned. A project that involved a number of pitfalls.
