Full throttle through the bends, full braking on wet surfaces, clever swerving and precise maneuvering - after more than a year of meticulous planning, numerous discussions and many on-site appointments, the Porsche Experience Center Hockenheimring presents itself with a new surface. The innovative sliding surfaces mark a milestone in the design and implementation of coatings.

The 1,600 square meter practice area meets the highest requirements: The extremely smooth surface enables targeted oversteering and understeering. At the same time, the high-quality track surface guarantees sufficient safety and a long service life. Accordingly, the coating makes it possible to carry out repeated training scenarios in a single environment. High-performance vehicles such as the Porsche GT3 RS and Porsche Taycan Turbo can be pushed to their limits under controlled conditions. Thanks to high-quality materials and the expertise of our team, the surface is able to withstand even the highest loads, including different types of tires such as semi-slicks and road tires. This means that driving operations can be maintained continuously while operating costs are reduced.

The new sliding surfaces therefore represent an invaluable asset for training and the development of driving techniques. Other Porsche Experience Centers have already expressed interest and are also interested in implementation.
